A graduate of Université Laval in Industrial Relations and a member of the Ordre des CRHA, Stéphane has worked for nearly 38 years in large organizations, occupying positions in human resources and labor relations management.
In particular, he has developed extensive expertise in labor relations in diverse and complex environments. Stéphane has been the employer's spokesperson in the negotiation of some 75 collective agreements, in both the private and municipal sectors. In addition, through these mandates, he has supported executives and managers in achieving their operational and strategic objectives.
His approach is focused on understanding customer issues and implementing innovative, efficient solutions, all in a collaborative, respectful atmosphere. Negotiating a collective agreement is seen as an essential means of reconciling common interests and contributing to the development of organizational priorities and human capital.
Stéphane is known for offering sound advice to his operational and human resources colleagues. In fact, he has developed and implemented several pragmatic training activities for managers aimed at providing simple, practical tools to facilitate their day-to-day activities.
Recently pre-retired from the municipal sector, Stéphane is now pursuing his career by offering his expertise to clients wishing to renew collective agreements, address labor relations issues or implement human resources development strategies.
