As a recruiter and head-hunter, we receive numerous personal résumés and conduct multiple interviews. If you apply for a job through us or send us your résumé, we are required to ask you, keep in our files as well as relay and communicate to potential employers, certain personal information concerning you.
This information includes all you will have voluntarily mentioned in your résumé and/or during your interview(s), such as but not limited to: your first and last name, your age or date of birth, your residential address, your telephone numbers, your email address, your employment and/or judicial records, your academic qualifications, details of your marital and/or parental status, any physical or medical limitations that your employer should be aware of, your personal identifiers with tax authorities and any other personal information relevant to the position you are applying for.
Use: General file management, professional and/or legal background checks, communications with you, with a potential employer or with relevant legal, banking and tax authorities, as may be required by the type of mandate we are given.

If you follow us on social media or have reacted to or reposted one of our posts, we have access to the profile of the user of the social media page through which you interacted with ours.

Although no data storage mechanism offers maximum security and an element of risk is always present when using the Internet to transmit personal information, we are doing everything we can to protect your personal data. We take reasonable precautions to ensure that they are not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, modified or inappropriately destroyed.
We commit to allow the right of access and rectification of data to persons who wish to consult, modify or even delete information regarding them.
